Reverend Cheri Makeda began her spiritual exploration over thirty-three years ago as a Nichiren Daishonin Buddhist. During that time she faced many of life’s major challenges. From that, she developed an extensive array of tools that enables her to create a life worth living, full of joy and serenity. These tools, coupled with her intuitive and healing gifts, are available to help facilitate one’s growth and healing. As a Spiritual Counselor, Intuitive Reader, Life Coach, Reiki Master and Motivational Speaker, Reverend Cheri teaches how to recognize personal truth and how to walk in integrity. THOUGHTS and ACTIONS reflect back as love. By allowing one’s innate creative spirit to manifest, one becomes healthy, whole and healed. The passion for healing the body, mind and spirit drives her to demonstrate the universal power of love, prayer and peace.
Reverend Cheri Makeda lives in the Tampa Bay, Florida area where Harmony Metaphysical Church has been her church home since 2005. As an Associate Minister, Reverend Cheri enjoys traveling, reading and writing as well as spending as much time as possible visiting her mother and daughter’s family.
